Commercial and Industrial Seawater Reverse Osmosis Desalination Systems SWRO
Our Seawater Reverse Osmosis Systems are manufactured to eliminate a large amount of salts and other minerals from seawater using RO. Our equipment does the filtration by employing a high-pressure pump to salty water forcing it through semi-porous membranes denying salts and other organics from flowing through. Seawater desalination utilizes permeable membranes, which are only tasked to remove dissolved solids while dividing the feed water into purified water and the rejected concentrated salts. The salts and other organics are thrown into the brine stream then flushed into a drain. At the end we have purified water that has 99% less dissolved solids and salts. These seawater reverse osmosis systems are immensely powerful, with the capacity of purifying significantly high TDS water.
Our Desalination Machine is available with capacities ranging from 130 GPD to 660,000 GPD and a maximum feed water TDS of 42,000 ppm. Whether it's for your luxury yacht, cruise line, or for a five star resort on the beach, we have the right desalination system for you project. Ideal for commercial vessels, island homes, oil platforms, hotels, or large yachts. These water makers convert salt water to fresh water and provide service wherever clean, pure, fresh water is needed.
Our desalination machines are capable of removing salts as well as other impurities such as bacteria, sugars, proteins, dyes and constituents that have a molecular weight greater than 150-250 Dalton.
The typical single pass seawater treatment system consists of the following components
Intake: beach well water
Pre-treatment: Filtration and chemical dosing
High-pressure pump: to achieve the needed pressure
Membrane assembly: to perform the desalination process
pH adjustment: to adjust the alkalinity or acid level
Disinfection: to prevent any bacterial or organic growth
