Plastic Sructure

Plastic Structure: polypropylene fiber and glass fiber are selected, with additives such as anti-aging. This material combination enables the product to retain sufficient strength while having excellent toughness. In addition, product is durable and performance stable with the ability of anti-oxidation, anti-impact, anti-creep, and non corrossive.

Metal Clamps

Metal band: 304 stainless steel effectively ensures the air tightness and reability between the membrane and the inner liner. Upgrade to 316 stainless steel according to usage requirement.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES

01. The product is equipped with a clip hole especially for connector. During installation, clip hole and the corresponding structure on connector will be locked on to prevent the product from loosening and make the connection more stable and reliable. In the top

and end of aerator, the air through holes enable aerator rapid counterweight or wieght reduction when aerator get into or get out of the waste water. Such design reduce thread and product burden, avoid damage.

02. The rubber washer and the corresponding groove are designed to ensure the air tightness of the product. Instead of using raw tape in the installation process, it is convenient to install, stable and reliable.

03. Six channel design, increase ventillation cross sectional area, reduce resistance, effecient and energy- saving. The multiple positions of the membrane jointly bear air friction, reduce local wear and extend aerator membrane service life. Also promote product 360 aeration, improve the product effeciency.

04. The spanner position is designed. Spanner is used to replace the traditional hand-twist installation, avoid membrane damage. And installation is convenient and reliable.

05. The internal support structure ensures the stability of the structure and prevents product damage during processing, transportation, installation and operation.

06. Double check valve structure. When operation stops, the membrane covers the structure under the action of rebound force and water depth pressure to prevent the backflow of mud water.

07. The tail end of the aerator can be equipped with baffle part, which reserves counterweight air vents and screw holes for tail fixation.

08. Product adopts single- ear pole clamp which make product bear 360 degree uniform stress. Under heat expansion and contraction as well as vibration, it can play a spring regulating effect.

EPDM	SILICONE
In municipal wastewater and most industrial wastewater, it can retain its physical properties for a long time, resist tearing, remain in shape after years of use, and produce tiny bubbles. Not suitable for solvent, grease, and high concentration of metal salts.	With stable material, the membrane will not harden or shrink. it has good resistance to organic solvent and grease -sewage , but its physical property is not as good as EPDM. It is suitable for industrial wastewater with high oil content and high temperature

CONNECTOR BRIEF INTRODUCTION

During aeration operation, the aeration system is in a state of high strength vibration. Also, heat expansion and cold shrinkage are common during operation. So it has high quality demand to aeration link parts.

TUBULAR CONNECTION ADAPTER SUITE

HC Tubular connection adapter with 3/4npt external thread can be used fot HMT pipe aerator installation on ABS, UPVC and other pipes of various materials. Suite includes rubber ring, external thread block, buckle, fixed adapter.

THREE DIRECT LINKS

HC three direct linkis equipped with DN25 external thread interface at the top and 3/4npt external thread on both sides, which can be used for HMT pipe aeration lifting link.

VENT SCREW CONNECTOR

3/4 outer thread vent screw connector.

SPECIAL DESIGN FOR PRODUCT STRUCTURE

01. Six “L” clamping strips are designed on the outside of the aerator cover, which can prevent the aerator from falling off the membrane caused by the creep of the plastic cover due to the long time of bearing the expansion of the diaphragm and the external

tension pressure.

02. Special check structure design. There is a convex check ring around air vent of the supporting plate, and round bulge on the central inner side of the rubber membrane. When aeration stops, the membrane firmly covers the check ring under the action of its own-rebound and water depth pressure. At the same time, the convex on the membrane is sluck inside of the plate check ring, effectively preventing the backflow of mud water. In addition, the protrussion on the inner side of the diaphragm can guide the air flow to diffuse to surrounding, reduce the damage to the membrane in the long-term high-speed air flow, effectively avoid rupture of the membrane central area caused by overstreched, and extend membrane service life.

03. HMD disc diffuser is equipped with anti-deformation strengthening structure, thicken reinforcement structure and anti-falling seal bans to ensure the stability of the product under high strength and long-term operating conditions and prevent the membrane from falling off.

04. Special air flow channel design. Optimize the flow pattern of air flow. Reduce the loss of resistance along the path.

05. Strengthen the screw of the root of aeration to prevent the thread fracture.

PHYSICAL AND DIAMETER PROPERTIES

MODEL AND MEMBRANE SELECTION

HMD-340

High efficiency and energy saving, wide aeration area, even bubble distribution. At the same air flow, it has higher oxygen transfer

efficiency and lower resistance loss compared withe other size diffuser. It is recommended to use with a dedicated fixed adapter.

HMD-270

Moderate performance. Diameter 270mm difusser enjoys the dominance among the customer.

HMD-200

As diameter 200mm difusser volume is small, so it bears small pressure from different aspects. Because of that, the aeration system

will be more stable and reliable. It is suitable for all high strength working condition.

EPDM

It is suitable for municipal sewage and most industrial sewage. Good physical performance. Resist tearing. Keep shape with years usage. It is not suitable for organic solvents, greases, and high concentration metal salts.

Silicone

The material is suitable, the membrane is not easy to harden and shrink, and has good resistance to organic solvents and grease

sewage . However, its physical properties are not as good as EPDM, it is suitable for the fields of high oil content and high temperature

industrial wastewater.

PTFE Layer

It has good tolerance to solvents and greases etc. Strong chemical corrosion resistance, less surface scaling, less maintenance, and long service life. It is suitable for hard-solved industrial sewage, such as pulp, retinery, landfill etc.

CONNECTOR

Rubber Saddle Universal Type

HC- rubber saddle with 3/4NPT internal thread can be used for installation of HMD200/270/340 disc aerator on various plastic pipes such as ABS, UPVC, etc. It is suitable for pipe outside diameter range of 75-110mm and wall thickness of 4-8mm. It can be used seperately in general stenght condition. Pipe opening diameter is 35mm.

Fixed Adaptor

HC- fixed adaptor should be used in conjunction with HC- Rubber saddleto form a combination of rubber and plastic, suitable for HMD340 disc aearator and high strength condition.

Plastic Connector

It is suitable for DN50 pipe. It needs glue for connection, so it is suitable for low strength sewage condition.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

According to different engineering requirements, we provide two installation methods:

SWIRL AERATOR HAS-3000

PRODUCT: SWIRL AERATOR- 3000

3000 Swirl Aerator is the second generation which keeps traditional swirl aerator advantage and make some improvement and optimization according to waste water project experience.

PRODUCT ADVANTAGE

01. Specially designed bubble cutting mode. The bubble is smaller and the oxygen utilization rate is high. DO value in the pool is maintained.

02. The aerator resistance loss is almost zero, reducing blower failure and reducing comprehensive energy consumption by 10-30%.

03. Large upwelling cyclone, strong stirring force, no oxygen-filled blind area, no sit deposit at the bottom of the pool, suitable for all kinds of high concentration wastewater.

04. Non- plugging, anti corrosion, anti- aging, suitable for corrosive, high hardness, easy scaling and other difficult sewage treatment.

LONGER SERVICE LIFE

• The product is made of imported classic materials: nylon+glass fiber. The material is special ingredient, which increases the thoughness of the product while retaining sufficient strength.

• According to project feedback, strengthen the stressed parts and vulnerable structure of the product.

• Special production process, accurate control of mold temperature, injection pressure and other conditons, increase the toughness.

By above three improvements, it can be effectively avoid the deforamtion and fracture during the transportation, installation and use of the product, and extend the service life.

SPECIAL BUBBLE CUTTING MODE

EFFICIENT CUTTING

The air flow is ejected from the nozzle at high speed, forming a strong negative pressure at the bottom of the aerator, and the high sewage and activated sludge at the bottom of the aerator are sucked into the aerator to achieve the first efficient cutting.

SECOND TIME EFFICIENT CUTTING

The mixture flows through the spiral guide plate, and under the action of the rotary cutter, generating the violent vortex flow. This is the second efficient cutting.

THIRD TIME EFFICIENT CUTTING

Then, the spiral airflow is cut through the specially designed multi-layer cutting piece, after eight times multiple cutting, a large number of mm air bubbles and some micro-nano air bubbles are produced, achieving the third efficient cutting.

FOURTH TIME EFFICIENT CUTTING

The spiral flow jets from the swirl aerator with high speed, diffusing around under the action of centrifugal force, forming many small whirlpools in the flow field, achieving the fourth efficient cutting.

DIFFUSER CYLINDER

Overview

TS diffusing cylinder is stainless steel fine bubble aerator with a stationary diffusing cylinder developed especially for aeration of active sludge tank and it has no moveable parts.Air blown to bottom passes through the aerator together with water. Then, the air and water are mixed with each other and changed into ultra fine bubbles by stirring them.the bubbles exchange, oxidize, absorb and deaerate the upper and lower fluid materials continuously and effectively.
